By accessing or purchasing from SteadyGrove Atelier, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site immediately. Continued use constitutes binding acceptance of any updates.
2. Description of Services
SteadyGrove Atelier offers handcrafted soaps, educational workshops, and digital resources focused on soap making. All physical products are made in small batches using premium botanicals. Digital content is delivered via secure account access.
3. Purchases and Payments
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes at checkout. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You must provide accurate billing information. We reserve the right to refuse any order suspected of fraud.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Domestic shipments typically arrive within 5–8 business days. International delivery times vary by location. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier. We provide tracking numbers via email.
5. Refund and Return Policy
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Digital downloads and courses are non-refundable once accessed. Contact [email protected] to initiate a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, post harmful content, or attempt to disrupt service. We may suspend accounts involved in abusive behavior or repeated policy violations.

All recipes, tutorials, brand assets, and website content remain the exclusive property of SteadyGrove Atelier. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SteadyGrove Atelier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of products or services. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use after changes are posted signifies acceptance. The most current version will always be available on this page.
